Care
Brush the boucle with a soft clothes brush rather than vacuuming it, and lift any pulled loop back through with a blunt needle instead of cutting it. Keep it out of long direct sun, which will lighten the wool unevenly.

One stubborn idea, held onto
The shell is pressed in one piece rather than built from panels, which is why the back curves without a seam anywhere you would touch it. It took the workshop two years and a lot of firewood to get the press right, and it is still the chair our makers take home.
